About me

I came to Australia from the Czech Republic to study Sport and Exercise Science in 2003, which ignited my passion for discovering the ‘recipe’ for everlasting health, fitness, and well-being. That’s how I became an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Strength Coach, Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, FitGenes Practitioner, Matrix Fitness Master Trainer and Educator.

I'm a big believer in personal experience and so I have experimented a lot with Carnivore. I've also interviewed some of Carnivore's top thought leaders including Dr Anthony Chaffee and Dr Shawn Baker and taken many important lessons from them I can share with you.
